Doula Mentoring Services in Surrey
Tailored mentorship for the next generation of doulas looking to grow their confidence and business.
I have been mentoring doulas since 2013. Initially this was limited to members of Doula UK, but with time, I found myself being asked to support doulas from outside the organisation as well. In 2020 I became a Developing Doulas Companion (their equivalent mentoring pathway) and am committed to offering the very best support, care and guidance to all the doulas that I walk alongside. Ultimately, it is my opportunity to ‘doula the doula’ and help new doulas flourish as they build their businesses and grow in confidence.
We have a dedicated WhatsApp group and I facilitate regular online get togethers to share ideas, ask questions and generally offer a supportive space to discuss all things doula.
How to become a Doula in the UK.
I offer stand alone mentoring sessions to all doulas if they need some guidance, or a listening ear to debrief. Doulas inhabit a unique space and having someone to lean into, that has a deep understanding of the work that we do, is vital.

A safe and friendly online space to share ideas, jobs, ask questions and organise study days and meet ups. You do not have to be a member of any particular organisation. As long as you work with pregnant/postnatal people or in the birth world we would be delighted to have you there.
